The classes are three times a week, while you are encouraged to workout two times more on your own. Mitali, Sangita and Aruna are amazing and are constantly motivating and guiding you throughout the 1 hr workout and listening to your concerns. They always have a modification for each exercise and encourage you to listen to your body. The bootcamp family is a lot of fun and another great source of support. They inspire you to eat healthy and not skip a workout. Through this journey, I have become stronger, happier and am amazed each week with what my body is able to do.

Who would think that working out from the comfort of your own home can be so much fun!! Yes, I do miss a few sessions due to work and yes, I am not all that fit but matters most is that I am respected for what I can do and encouraged to get better every time! That's the positive vibe I get from Mithali, Sangita and Aruna. There is a lot of support on the BSA FB page that would help me more if I checked regularly but from what little I check, I get a lot of support and even if I reach out separately to either of the three, they are more than willing to help and encourage. Thank you Trio and You all are Awesome and you share the Awesomeness with all in the group. Keep up the good work and Wishing BSA all the Very Best!

I am in my first bootcamp with this amazing group all the way from Sweden. And it is way beyond and more than a bootcamp group. My health has improved, eating healthy, group support towards advising nutrition and healthy recipes, alternatives to exercises towards what my body can do, and maintaining goals has become easy with a warm, friendly group that is like family. During this pandemic, BSA has taken fitness and health to a whole new concept. I can do it with the class live, or later because recordings are available to catch up. All from within my home. Thank you BSA. You are awesome.

I can not believe the scale going down every day for last few weeks and I am in shock. I have been on a plateau for almost a year. The best part is that it’s our regular food without any fad diet. I think the biggest motivation and learning from this group is to keep hitting my water goal which has stopped cravings for all the extra food, snacks and alcohol. Love you all for the motivation, affection and the group challenges. I am feeling pretty strong too. Thanks to all the exercises and core workouts. I still hate all the animal moves, just for the record.

Reporting from Tahoe!! On vacation for the next couple of days. Was late to arrive yesterday so missed class. Finished the workout this morning. Thanks to this group’s constant motivation I just couldn’t get myself to miss class. Made the hubby load the car with all my work out stuff! Thanks for the awesome workout!!

Aruna, Mitali and Sangita are all awesome and make sure you get a solid workout! I have enjoyed the classes and the motivation, especially Aruna’s “I love you guys!” when I am dying!! I also like the feedback and the attention to form that all the instructors pay attention to!

Be awesome with Be simply awesome! I was struggling with the Covid 19 (weight gain, I mean) and I can assure you that Aruna, Sangita and Mitali know how to kick butt. Both literally and figuratively. Thanks to the boot camp and even more importantly the “tribe” I’m now able to get back into my pre quarantine clothes. Highly recommended for mind, body and spirit!
