OMEGA 3 Rich nutritious ladoo.

OMEGA 3 fatty acid-rich energy laddo:

Ingredients:

  • Flaxseeds: 1 lb
  • Chia seeds: 1 lb
  • Sesame seeds: 250 g
  • Almonds: 1/2 cup
  • Walnuts: 1/2 cup
  • Coconut: 1 cup
  • Cardamom: A few pods
  • Powdered jaggery: To taste
  • Ghee: 1-2 tablespoons (optional for binding)

Instructions:

  1. Dry Roast:

    • Dry roast flaxseeds, chia seeds, sesame seeds, almonds, walnuts, coconut, and cardamom separately in a pan on low heat until they release their aroma.
    • Let them cool down completely.
  2. Grind:

    • Depending on your preference, grind the roasted ingredients into a fine or coarse powder.
  3. Mix:

    • Combine all the ground ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add Jaggery:

    • Add powdered jaggery to the mix and stir until everything is well combined. Adjust the sweetness to your liking.
  5. Add Ghee (optional):

    • If the mixture is too dry to form balls, warm up 1-2 tablespoons of ghee and gradually mix it until it starts to bind.
  6. Shape into Ladoos:

    • Take a small portion of the mixture and roll it into a ball (ladoo) using your hands. Continue until the mixture is used up completely.
  7. Store:

    • Store the ladoos in an airtight container. They should last for a couple of weeks at room temperature.
