Absolutely! Be Simply Awesome was specifically designed for women who may have little or no previous fitness experience. Our workouts include detailed form guidance, modification options for all fitness levels, and progressive difficulty that builds as your strength and confidence grow. Many of our most successful members had never followed a structured fitness program before joining us.
Our program is designed for busy women! The minimum commitment is 30 minutes, 4-5 days per week, though many members choose to do more as they progress. Workouts can be split into shorter sessions throughout the day if needed. Remember: consistency matters more than duration. Our approach focuses on quality movement that delivers maximum benefit in minimum time.
Not at all! Our program requires minimal equipment (most exercises use body weight only), though we do suggest having lightweight dumbbells or household substitutes (water bottles, etc.) for some movements. As for space, if you have enough room to lay down a yoga mat, you have enough space for our workouts. We understand Indian homes may have space limitations and design our program accordingly.
Generic workout videos lack the personalization, cultural sensitivity, and expertise that define our program. You'll be working with our team of 3 highly motivated and inspirational coaches. The Be Simply Awesome team provides community support, accountability, and progressive structure that videos simply don't offer.
While results vary based on individual factors and consistency, most members report noticeable improvements in energy levels and mood within the first two weeks. Physical changes typically become apparent by weeks 3-4, with significant transformations by the end of the 12-week program. Your journey doesn’t end after 12 weeks! Graduates can join our sustainer program for continued support and new challenges, or repeat the bootcamp with advanced modifications. Many members cycle through different program options throughout the year. Most importantly, you’ll have developed sustainable habits and knowledge that support lifelong health, regardless of which formal program you choose to follow.
